How can I immigrate or get a Work Visa in Australia?

there are some categoris of skilled people. If you fall under this, and score 120 pts(under skilled independent migrant) you can apply.

where should I apply to ... is it the embassy ?!!

get your skills accessed first then later think of application. if you fall under it then visit this site :

www.acs.org.au

the accessment takes around 10 weeks to comple, here they will access your qualification and experience. you get through this means you are 50% passed, later you got to send all the documents along with original accessment letter to adelaide office.
