Australian on a HSMP

Hi there,

I have a friend who is on a HSMP and will be working in the UK for a few days and in Dublin the other days.

I was wondering if there are any special arrangements that he needs to make in order to work over there, such as a Schengen Visa, or if it would be possible just to work on the HSMP.
