Austria Dependant VISA

Hi,

I am an Indian National and having a UK Tier 1 visa and I have applied for my Austria work permit.

Can anyone tell me can I apply for dependant visa to Austria on my work permit since I would be getting my salary and paying tax in UK only and not in Austria.

And also I am planning to shift to Austria and stay there for more than 6 months. Is it possible to stay there in Austria and continue to pay tax and NI contribution in UK.?

Interesting question.

What kind of work permit are you getting in Austria and how long will you be there?

So your employer has got an Austrian work permit for you and you would like to also get a dependent visa for your spouse/child to come along?

Question for you: How long can you be out of the UK before your UK Tier 1 visa expires?

Hi,

Yes.My UK Tier 1 visa is valid for 1.5 yrs more.

Thats also a question can I get my UK Tier 1 visa extended even if I stay out of UK for more than 90 days but continue paying the tax and NI in UK and get my salary in UK Pounds.

There is no such thing as a 'work permit'. What you probably mean is a residence title which also confers the right to work. As you already have applied for that you should know under which category you have done so. It may be a good idea to ask your question here (English is no problem) for profession advice.
