Average Response time

Hi ppl,

Does anyone know what is the average response time for HO to reply back to mails? I am seeking review and wanted an acknowledgment if they have received all the 4 pages I had faxed them? Since past two weeks:

- I have called them twice with no one picking up for atleast 15 minutes.
- I have mailed them twice, once it bounced and second time there has been no response from 3 days.

Any suggestions to confirm if they received all 4 pages or not? I am really anxious, as had a problem when doing the fax and had to re-send.
