HI,

I would like to what need to be filled for

"B10. Home Office reference number(s) (if known):

B11. Give details of any current or previous worker reference number(s) under work
permit arrangements (if applicable):

D4. Please enter the reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in
the applicant’s passport or travel document."
in the application form?

my Initial entry clearance through Work permit, then i got Tier2.
Now planning to apply Tier1.

Please help me?

you have fill in the WORKER REFERENCE No. that is on the WP letter..

B13.point based system reference migrant number
Should i fill this? Is this something related to my tier2 visa?

D3--date of entry clearance or visa issue.

D4--reference number on entry clearance or visa

B12 --NI number
B14 -- UK ID card numer

RED no on the right top on ur visa..

one more doubt:

i could see two confusing numbers in my work permit doc.

1. "permit number" which is like Fxxxxxx. this is present in my passport as well.
2."Worker Reference No" like Gyyyyyy.

Which one i supposed to use in the application?

1. "permit number" which is like Fxxxxxx. this is present in my passport as well.

Is it WORKER REFERENCE No like Gyyyyyy
or
Work permit number like Fxxxxxx

I just checked the photocopy of my Extension application from WP to Tier1(G) and found that i filled the WORKER REFERENCE No. starting with F0xxxxx for your question above... goodluck..

This WORKER REFERENCE No. is present in the WP Letter you got initially before you apply for EC in India..

If you mean In passport on the Visa that is Permit No... which is not the case required here..

If you have the WP letter with you you will find the WORKER REFERENCE No. on the letter only..

that is what i filled and applied for my tier1 and got it.. goodluck
