UK Bank Statement or country of origin bank statement !

I am going to make switching application from TIER 4 Dependant to TIER 4 General Student visa from Pakistan.
I have had working permission in the UK, and I have maintained funds for 28 days consecutively in UK Bank.
Is this type of maintenance accepted by UKBA? if application is made from Pakistan Or money has to be in local bank in Pakistan?

It will be fine as long as it's earned legally.

There is no specification / restriction about location of application and funds in UKBA Tier 4 Maintenance Guide.
