Bank statement date

My bank printed my statement and it contains all the required information except the date of the statement. They say they never put the date of the statement on their statements. It does cover however clearly outline the dates of the 3 month period and my application was submitted just a week after the date of the closing balance.

My question is would the caseworker let common sense prevail or would they be super technical and reject the application for missing the date it was printed?

Dont worry, just make sure that your last day of transaction is not more than one month old.
