Bank statement error

My bank statement shows an error i mean clerical error

My salary which has been credited in my account show ---

salary for the month of Qctober which should be November instead of October .
kindly suggest what should i do what kind of document is required to prove that the salary recieved was for the month of November instead of October.

Get it corrected by Bank!! If bank is not ready to correct the original statement nor ready to give you another corrected statement, ask them to write a letter which would explain this error.

I dont think bank can change the text. This mistake must have been done by your company while crediting your salary. The text we see on the bank statements for the salary is given by the company depending on their format.

Did you check with any of collegue if he/she also see the wrong text in bank account.

I suggest check with your accounts dept as well as your bank if both togather can help you.
