Bank Statement Query - Attention Moderator

Hi,

I have query about bank statement which I want to use for maintenece.
I have receieved statement from on 03rd of August which covered the period from Jul'08 till Jul'09. I have another statement from Aug'09 till date. Can I use both statements (in sequence) for maintenance.
As per condition, only three months statement should be enough however my three month period spread across the statements and my previous statement generated on 03/08 and it was generated more than month ago.
Query
1. Can I use both statements to showcase maintanece amount.
2. Is 1st statement valid, although it was generated on 03/08. As per condition, all statements should be not more then 1 month old.

Proof of maintenance (bank statements, pass book, or letter from bank, etc), should be issued within one month before the date of application. So you cannot use that statement which was issued on 3rd August, as it is already more than one month old. I would suggest you to prepare a fresh one covering last three months period, if possible, immediately before the date of application. If you use that proof issued on 3rd August, you may waste your fee. So please be careful!!!

I understand wat u mean.. yes u can use statements "receieved statement from on 03rd of August which covered the period from Jul'08 till Jul'09. I have another statement from Aug'09 till date" if urs bankstatements are ORIGINAL.. just mentio clearly in ur cover letter the latest 3months dates u want to use for maintenance funds.. if u don't mention that then caseworker will automatically will take the latest 3months..

Thanks. My first statement was original (which covered full year - Jul'08 - Jul'09) however second is online statement (Aug'09 - till date) but it's verified by bank.

Please comment, if I can use both to cover three months period or do i need to wait until i get complete one three statement.
