What is the visa processing time of tier 1 general visa?

Can i keep bank statement (pay evidence) from period Jul 22nd 2009 - Oct 23 2010 (15 months) or (only 12 months statement) if i post my application by 1st or 2nd nov? will there be a problem? my salary was credited between feb-oct 2010 with payslips?

Please help me out
provide bank statements for the period you are claiming earnings for i.e. covering 12 months.
