bank statement

I'm really annoyed because I applied for a UK savings account specifically for the tier 1 visa. However, I've just released that when I apply on Septemeber 1st, my 3 month statement will be 2 days short bec the account was opened on the 2nd of June.

Do you think the home office will accept the statement from 2nd June - 31st of August or should I also get a bank letter to cover the 1st and 2nd of August?
