Bank Statement

Post by samira_uk » Fri Nov 12, 2010 8:01 am

Dear All,

My friend is going to apply. She has a joint account with her father and therefore her name is on the account. then, do you think that she should submit a letter from her father as well? I think she does not have to as the account is joint and her name is mentioned as her father.

Regards

Hi,

Letter of consent from father will be plus point but also submit birth certificate on the safe side because nowdays its depending on ECO to ECO these days, sometimes they find very small things to give refusal in your hand.

Regards,

Raees Ahmed

But you did not get my point: the account is joint with her father and her name is on the account as well. Then, I think there is no need to such thing but I only want to be sure about that.

letter is not required, I had applied for PSW along with my wife and we submitted joint account statements, our visa was approved.
