Banking Operations Jobs in Canada

Hi,

I am commerce Graduate & worked for companies like JPMorgan Chase, UBS & currently with Bank of America as a Team Manager in India, with a total experience of more than five years. Further I also have done process related trainings & business visits in UK in each of these companies.

I want to understand howz the banking job market in Canada as I intend to migrate here.

My plan is to apply for jobs from India for time till my visa is in process and I land in Canada once I get my visa and search for a decent job.

Do you think this would be good move?
Do you think with the above qualification & experience will I get a job?
