Am I banned from USA for life with my fraud record?

Am I banned from USA for life with my fraud criminal record?

I have 3 or 4 crimes of moral turpitude (theft, trespassing, etc) and more recently, benefit fraud.

In the past, if I wanted to visit the USA I had to visit the USEmbassy in London and wait 3 months to get a 3 month visa.

I read somewhere on the USEmbassy site a few months back that fraud was a permanent ban from USA and no waiver of any kind was available, not even via appointment; that's it, life ban, end of story.

Thing is, I can't find this info on US Embassy site, can anyone confirm or not?
