Basic requirement for ILR

Hi All,

I am very confused and want to know the basic requirements for ILR like

1.) Form to be used for main applicant
2.) Form to be used for dependents
3.) Maintenance fund is required or not ?
4.) rule for dependents like there stay at UK time lines etc


I am on tier 1 and will be completing 5 yrs in June 2012 but want to know about the above basic points so that I can take care of any specific stuff from now onwards.
