BatleyKhan,

If someone is already in uk on student visa and has spent 2 years than gets spouse visa for 2 years ( partner british citizen ). After ILR (SETM), Will he be allowed to apply naturalization after ILR? Because he is already in the uk from last 4 years ( 2 years as student + 2 years spouse visa ).

Or

Has he to wait 1 more year after ILR granted?
