BDHC Chennai - waiting time

Hi All

I am going to apply from VFS b'lore. I and I I guess my application will be sent to BDHC Chennai. Has any one got any idea that what is the waiting time to get approval from chennai right now.

Also if any one can tell me whether the decision about my appl will be made in chennai itself or will the docs be sent to UK.
