I've been away for 3 months, now want to come back to the UK

I've been away for 3 months, now want to come back to the UK

I have had my PSW visa for a year now. This September I had to leave the UK to take care of a family member. I'm still away and I would like to stay another month before coming back to the UK.
My question is: Will I still be able to enter the UK because my visa expires in December 2012? Or will they not let me because I've been away for 3 months?

You should be fine to enter if it remains your intention to look for work under the terms of your visa.
