We've been refused an ILR, when we can re apply?

Post by henrisama » Sun Oct 23, 2011 6:31 pm

Greetings to all.

My wife is a Senior Carer, we applied an ILR by post and received the refusal last August, refused due to not meeting the salary requirement.

She now received a payrise (this October) above the min salary (COP).
We want to re apply in Croydon (PEO) this time.

When is the soonest we can re apply?

According to Sushdmehta, payslip is not required in ILR application.

Please help!

Thanks in advance.

If that was the only reason for the refusal earlier, then she may apply any time she wishes to.

thanks sushdmehta, the only reason that is written on the refusal
letter is that. I don't know if there's any case where there are more
than one reason of refusal. Do you know any?

gerard, we became eligible to apply in february this year,
but unfortunately, we only submitted our application on 10th April,
yes, just after the new rules were applied. I was complacent and was caught off guard.
My fault. It took 4 months before we received the dissapointment.. i mean the documents back.
Suffering eversince. No right of appeal as we still have leave to remain.

I received a letter fom UKBA saying that our ILR application has been reconsidered. The case worker asked for our current passports to be sent to them.

I wonder what will happen next?
Are we going to be granted an ILR?
How long are we going to get our passports back?

Thanks in advance.
