Belgium-Category C work permit

Hi,

I am on Category-C work permit through an Indian company. My wife is soon to join here as dependent. I couldnt find much info regarding her eligibility to work in Belgium as a dependent.

Does she needs to apply for a workpermit to work over here or is she eligible to work as dependent ?
