Chess, if so, can't one take any legal action? From my stays in Leeds I had the impression that this is a very hot topic and everyone tries to avoid such a word?

It is human nature to be weary and scared of anything 'new and different' to your environs..this occurs everywhere in the world..

You just have to prove yourself - and you will be employed due to your extremely good skills...
