Benefits after ILR

hi there,
please with profound veneration, it is to ask you as i have just got my ILR (with my dependents) and planning to apply for benefits like as
Child benefits
Child credits
Child trust fund
Tax Credits
Housing Benefits
....... etc
But I w i s h to get valuable advice from your sides first:

Will any thing as benefits can affect our Application for Naturalisation or Passport appliation in future,
