Benefits and EEA3 and EEA4

Post by hassanr74 » Sun Jan 12, 2014 11:17 pm

Hello everyone

I really need your help. I am Irish national and my husband is on EEA2 visa. we both are working. if i apply for working tax credit will it affect my husband eea4 and my eea3 visa in future.
i am very confused as if i read EC case worker instruction they are very confusing.

If i can take tax credit than how long i should take it for.

Someone told my husband that if i get working tax credit it will affect our application of EEA3 and 4 badly because it is a public fund and you will be burden on state.

i am very confuse

please help me

No it will not be an unreasonable burden on the state. Ignore the 'friend'.
