Benefits and EU Family Permit pls advice

Hi guys

I just need advice due to my health problems I had to reduce hours at work so currently only part time 16 hours per week,but Im bringing up my 12 year old brother cos my parents are dead so i claim child benefit,hbenefit,work n child tax credit,Im EEA citizen and Im living in UK since 4 years.

My husband is non EU and soon will be apply for family permit from his home country my question is that gonna be any problem for him to get visa bcos im getting those benefits and i work only 16 hours?
