Your nationality? The nationality of your spouse/partner (if any), if in the UK with you?

Also if either of you worked in another country, apart from that of your nationality, before coming to the UK, details please.

Me, my spouse and daughter are Pakistani.

Sir John, me and my spouse have only worked in Pakistan and have not worked in any other country.

Thanks in advance.

That being the case, until ILRs are obtained, there is no ability to claim any benefits, as listed in the Public Funds in para 6 of the Immigration Rules.

So to answer your specific question :-
What benefits can be claimed without breaching the Condition "No Recourse to Public Funds"
-: you can claim any benefits that are not in the Public Funds definition. For example, you can claim any contribution-based benefits that you are entitled to, as long as, of course, you have paid enough NI contributions. So for example if you have already been in the UK and paid NI contributions for say 3 years, and now you have lost your job, you are perfectly entitled to claim contribution-based JSA. (But not income-based JSA, which is within the Public Funds definition.)
