best options for man married to wife with ILR

Post by mobanks » Wed Oct 22, 2014 11:44 pm

Hi all, my wife just recently got her indefinite leave to remain. We have 2 children both under 18, My wife has not been working as she just recently had a baby therefore she cannot proof her earnings. I am currently in employment though I do not have any residence permit. We are in the process of registering our children as Citizens.

The problem is that I have received a text message and a letter from the home-office enquiring about my intentions to leave the country. which is the quickest and best option for my situation. and how will the fact that I am working affect my application if I state that I am?

Please help.

I believe you should make an application for leave to remain using FLR(FP).

I guess the children have been living here for 7 years or more? is that Correct?

Then I guess the youngest was born when her mum had secured ILR

Unfortunately not, she was born just 3 weeks before the mum received her ILR.

Have you started the registration process?

Do you have a solicitor acting on your behalf?
