If you're asking how you can marry her, you need to check the legal requirements in her home country.
If you're asking how you can bring her into the UK then you need to meet first. An application for fiancee visa to enable you to marry here won't succeed unless you have actually met.
I suggest you spend some time together first. For both a spouse or fiancee visa you'll have to submit strong evidence of contact between the two of you and that the relationship is genuine.
You also have to meet all the other UKBA requirements which include proof of sufficient finance and adequate accommodation for you both in the UK.
She will also have meet the required level of English before you submit an application for spouse or fiancee.
Be aware that a spouse entry visa will cost close to £1,000.
