Best way to print Skype

Hello,

I am sure this topic has been posted before as I have been reading about this topic from this site. However, I still haven't found a suitable way for me.

1. I don't think Skype record the call log in the history. What can I do to get the call log history or is there no other way?

2. I have been reading about different ways to print Skype message: screenshot, using software, and copy+paste. I wonder which is the most suitable way. I don't think I can screen shot my Skype as it will be very time consuming. I am not sure copy and paste will be accepted by the Home Office. I also don't want them to see all my private message with my wife either.
