Best way to inform Change of Address to INIS

Post by jfranco » Thu Aug 21, 2025 11:02 am

Hey All,

I'm moving houses at the moment and I have both Citizenship and Long Term Residency applications in progress. I'm current at Referred for Decision stage in the Citizenship application.

Does anybody know what is the most efficient way to inform INIS of a change of address? If not mistaken, the intention to grant letter (and payment details) is only only sent by post and I cannot miss that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks!

Online via portal, you need to upload proof of address such as bank statement.

If your application has already been referred for decision, the best thing to do is to get a mail redirection service from AnPost. In fact this should just be done by anyone who’s moving home.
