biometric appointment familly vs single

Post by simo80 » Thu Apr 28, 2011 2:02 pm

Hi All,

I have received letter for biometrics.
I tried booking online and by phone but they dont have any appointments till end of june as i have a dependent(wife).
My question is: Can i book a single appointment for me and for my wife ? Is it possible to give biometrics as we both have different case ids. If i do that will that affect my application or not. Because some of you have given individual biometrics
Thank you very much for your advice

Looking at the forum..Different people have different opinions.
As per the instructions in the Biometric Letter or from what the people at the biometric enrollment call centre say, The main applicant along with all the dependants that are part of the application should make a single appointment and attend together.

But then there are one or two people in this forum, who booked separate appointments for themselves and the dependants(i mean appointments within 10 mins gap) and still have got their visa without any issues.

I am in a similar situation to yours...can you share your experience what happened when you booked separate appointments ????
