biometric information resubmission

Hey Everyone.

I submitted my biometrics earlier this week but they posted another letter today and asked me to submit my biometrics again at enrollment center. I have few questions

1)why do you think this happened? it said biometric process was unsuccessful
2)in online appointment it asks "which service are you applying for?". would that be tier 1 PSW? since i don't find other options suitable. and also to choose no for premium service, right? since I applied by post.

hey .. same case for me as well.. i went for bio metrics on feb 14 .. 2 weeks later , i was asked to report for re bio metrics.. and im still waiting for the visa..

what happened for you ? any luck ?

not to worry, they said it happens where there is something wrong with there network and network was down for that week in which we submitted so they called again. I got my work permit end of last month where biometrics were given again on 21st feb.
