Biometric Residence Permit-information retrieval

Hi
I am applying now for ILR under Tier1 General. The app form asking to enter the date and location detail where i gave my fingerprints to for BRP. I do not have any document to evident this as I only have the BRP card with me , dont remember the detail.


HOW TO FIND THIS INFORMATION PLEASE?

How did you apply last time either through PEO or by post?
