BIOMETRIC RESIDENCE PERMIT

Can anyone please advice how many days it will take after I have received by passport (still awaiting BRP) from the Home Office. letter from HO says application was approved.

IN letter they have mentioned it will take 7-10 days.
Could anyone tell me how many days it took for you.
Is there any means i can track whether they have posted it or not?
I tried talking to number provided but the guy is being very stubborn & says cant help me till 10 days.

Usually by which courier do they send card?
Have arranged my travel ,so am bit worried.

got my courier but i wsnt home..

shit I might face same problem.. Can you not go to delivery centre and pick it up from there?

instead redelivery. They try twice and 3rd time will send it back to where it come from :(
