Biometric Resident Card not delivered after 1 month of FLR M application approval

I applied for my spousal visa extension on the 12th of March 2024 which I received an email that my application was successful the next day 13th of March as I paid for super priority. The email also states that I will be receiving my brp between 7-10 working days. I used the link provided on .gov.uk about my brp not arrived yet after 10 days. I received an email that they are unable to help and that my details had been escalated to my caseworker. I did sent the request again after 25days of receiving my approval email and I received the same response.

I have missed work trip, my sister’s marriage within this time space and now I have a business trip coming soon that I have to attend. Can someone please advise me what I need to do to get my brp delivered asap. Also, does anyone know what is causing the delay on getting my BRP card as this is just an extension of my flr m visa and not a new person in the UK.
