Post by pyndi » Tue Sep 01, 2009 3:36 am

If I pay for a spousal visa do I have to pay another fee for biometrics?

Yes, there is a seperate amount you have to pay for the TB test.

The spousal visa fee is paid direct the British Embassy, but the TB test fee is paid to the medical centre who carry out the test.

Batley, I thought OP is asking about biometrics, which is basically about fingerprinting, and not TB testing?

Aren't biometrics included in the visa application fee? I know the applicant has to pay a separate fee for TB tests at a BHC approved clinic.
Maybe I'm confused? :?
