BIRMINGHAM PEO APPT CANCELLED WITHOUT EXPLANATION!!!

My PEO appointment at Solihull for the end of February and rescheduled for March without an explanation.

The number left on the voicemail to call UKBA back if it was inconvenient leads back to a private residence.

I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating it has been, prepaid train tickets and people with the 08 number unable to help or explain why or what' happening at the Birmingham office.

Is there any one out there with a similar experience?

For me they cancelled the 27 Feb appointment for Croydon and didnt even reschedule it.

It is the same for me. My appointment was on 23 rd in Croydon, it was cancelled 2 days ago and still not rescheduled. I called the home office many times but they cannot guarantee if I will get a new appointment or not. Just so annoying!

I sympathize. What number did you call please? As I am unable to reach the office in Birmingham?

Is it something to do with the introduction of new Biometric Residence Permit for most application types?
