Birth Certificate Credibilty???

Hi,

I belive that somebody from Pakistan is out there, who can guide me in this regard. what happend is, I am going to apply in April, I am using notarized photocopy of my passport for Age proof but for corroboration:
1. Can I use my UK's Provisional Driving License
2. Can I use Birth Certificate, given by Union Council (NADRA aren't issuing Birth Ceritificate in small districts), I will get this Birth Certificate attested by Foreign Ministry of Pakistan.
