A bit confused EE3

Hi
i am non eu married to eu national and already in possession of residency card for 3yrs.My wife who is eea national has been in UK for over 15yrs and working and never access any public fund in the UK.my wife has 10yrs of p60 from different employer and i want to know if we can apply for EEA3 now base on her 10yrs p60 or just select continuous 5 years p60 .my other question is if home office will insist on updated p60 or just to prove 5yrs in a continuous work for example p60 from 2003 to 2008 .

Kindly help the gurus..

I am not a Guru but i can say that she is fine applying with p60 from 2003 to 2008.
