Blocked columns of new form - ???

Some of the new columns of the new hsmp form (over 28 ) are blocked and cannot be filled in on PC. For example the column on page 2 where one has to give one' email address for receiving confirmation of receipt of application. It does not allow the address to be entered.

What should one do??? Fill such columns in hand writing.

Yes.

I dont think you unlock the document as it might be password protected but you can try it anyways. Failing that, you would have to fill it by hand.
