anyone heard about BNO passport holders can apply for UK residency?? :roll:

Under the new Citizenship Act changes, passed on 21 July but not yet in force, if you are a BNO with no other nationality you may be eligible to register as a British citizen.

You need to be solely a BNO, and also a sole BNO before a date in March (I think 19 March).

It won't help the majority of those with Chinese ethnicity but may help some others.
