UK Born baby from Tier 4, Visa time processing

Hi all,

Has any one applied for a tier 4 dependant visa, for UK born baby?? I wondering what are the processing times... I started the application 3 weeks ago, and one week ago my baby got her biometrics taken....
I am planning to travel outside UK in March and I am a bit concern whether I will get my baby documents on time or not..

You should be getting it soon. I don't see any reason to panic. They aim to process applications within 8 weeks, however they advise you not to make any travel arrangements until the application is decided. Furthermore, you can't do anything except to wait.
