UK Born Baby

Hi,
I am holding a Tier 1 PSW visa and my wife on pbs dependent visa. Our baby boy is 2 months old. His birth is regestered in UK. We have still 1 year visa. What is the process for my new baby visa? Do I need to get a visa now or can I wait for apply all together 1 year time or any partcular time frame need to apply before? If need to apply is bank statement and fund mandatory recently? Incase if I go out of UK for travelling purpose I suppose I need visa, am I right?

Would anyone help me or give me relavant link for this urgent matter.

Your UK-born child does not require leave (visa) to remain in UK.

1. If the child does not intend to travel before you leave UK on expiry of Tier 1 (PSW) leave, then there is no need for the child to apply for leave.
2. If the child does not intend to travel before you change to another immigration category that you may qualify for, then you may defer an application until such time.

If the child intends to travel (before either of the scenarios above):
a) to a country other than country of citizenship, then you need to apply for leave to remain as PBS dependentfor the child before the child travels outside UK, or
b) if the child is travelling to country of citizenship, then you may either apply for leave to remain as PBS dependent for the child before the child travels outside UK or apply for leave to enter (entry clearance) as PBS dependent from home country / country of citizenship before returning to the UK.
