BOTA - questions about BNO

Dear All,

I have submitted and paid for the application B(OTA) form and then I need to complete the form and send it off by post. I am having a BNO (HK) passport with ILR, and here are the questions from the form that I cannot answer:

1. Did you acquire British overseas territories citizenship by registration or naturalisation? (Yes / No)
2. Registration cetification number
3. date of issure
4. reference number

I don't know where to find these information, it doesn't seem to have them from my BNO passport.... it would be great if someone can give me some advice. Thanks a lot in advance.
