both parents overstayers but their child is british

Post by Shondra Sharma » Tue Jan 28, 2014 8:03 pm

Hello forum!!! child got a british citizenship under born and lived in uk for first 10 years category. But child both parents are overstayers, they been in uk 16 years(8 years legally+8 years illegally) came as a student. Does both parents have any chance to regularise their stay? They both married here in uk when they have a valid leave and child born in uk after their marriage here in uk.

Yes by virtue of exception 1 (click) read the guide (click). The application would be FLR(FP).

In august 2013 our 7 years child application was refused. I only send reconsideration letter but home office didn't reply yet.
