I am brazilian. Married with a american citizen in USA, after marriage i DIDN'T filled the application to USCIS and I got back to Brazil to finish my important things such get finish Ba Degree with only 6 month left. My wife filled the application to get spouse visa (k3) on October 6, 2006, in US because the marriage took there. I got receipt application and registered on Check Status Online.
Sometimes I check on Status Online, there have that answer from Immigration Office...:
Your I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was received on October 6, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.
So far none new answer.
So I would like know how long can take the papers to i get Visa K3 to I come to USA to have life with my lovely wife. How long is average process? Sorry if my english isn't good but i am learning to be fluent asap...Thank you. You all have a nice day.
