Breakdown of the gross salary document

Can you please explain me does documents provided for earnings need to show breakdown of the gross salary?

It sais that I need to prowide two pieces of documents:
*personal bank statements showing salary received
*payslips
*a letter from your (previous and/or present) employer(s)
*official tax documents
*dividend vouchers

I have a letter from my employer that showes breakdown of the gross salary and bank statment showing just final earning (payment).

Is that enough? Or the both documents have to show breakdown of the gross salary?
