Bringing my partner (girlfriend)to the UK

Hello
I have a question regarding bringing my long term partner (girlfriend) to the UK
I have a Tier 2 general Visa under an employment CoS .
My girlfriend is Serbian and normally needs a Visa to enter the UK

What can I do to invite her over . And can she be on my Visa?
I have a residence permit card valid until 2020

If you are in the UK on a Tier 2 visa and your partner is residing in Serbia (or elsewhere other than the UK), for what period have you been apart.

We have been apart for one month .since I arrived in the UK
And she now resides outside the UK in the UAE
