I am wondering, what will happen to the net migration figures??

Govt. wants to increase and decrease the number's simultaneously? Do they really think its a simple PR exercise to run this country??

The right hand giveth, the left hand taketh it away. The English have to pay to study in Scotland, yet my wife (Polish) and I (Colombian) would pay nought in Scotland.
Great for us, but this is NOT a country that values the younger generation. I don't mean to hijack the thread. 8)
