British Citizen/Divorce

Hello

My situation is that I married my Albanian boyfriend in 2007, Visa granted, ILR and now he has become an British Citizen in Jan this year.

We have now seperated and I am seeking a divorce.

Anyway the main point is will us getting divorced affect him at all now he has a British Passport in terms of his rights in the UK??

I assume not but just wanted to check- also if anyone has any advice for if we can get Divorced in the UK rather than me struggle getting it all done in Albania that would really be helpful. (we never registered our marriage in the UK)

The divorce won't change his rights or status regarding British Citizenship.
You are able to divorce in the UK and it's irrelevant whether you registered your marriage here or not.
