British Citizen Migrating to Ireland with Nigerian Wife

Hi all,

Myself and my wife love each other dearly and she has applied for a UK Spouse visa from Nigeria and it's taking a long time as we've not yet heard any response. I earn over 40k per annum in UK and work from home regardless of my mental health condition. Can I travel from Nigeria to Ireland or Nothern Ireland with my wife with our marriage certificate or other documentations. My wife has no visa yet. What else can I do to streamline her application for a visa because the processes seem to be a nightmare. Or can I travel to Ireland with her without a visa? I'm just weighing our options.

Hey, what exactly are you aiming to achieve here?
Unless your wife gets a visa, she won't be allowed across the border.
Going to Ireland would be a whole different story as she would need a different visa from a different country, so it wouldn't be useful to start a process there.
You'll be better off continuing with your questions in British subforum, as Ireland is a separate country with different visa rules and regulations. Sorry, but nothing we can do.
